Appalachian Writing and Culture

 

We invite you to join well known guest authors for a two-week intensive workshop in creative and expository writing.

 

¨      Earn three hours credit in English 490/590  (undergraduate or graduate)

¨      Spend afternoons in class, June 6-17, 2005, 1:30-4:30, Monday - Friday

¨      Enjoy readings by four publishing authors and receptions for them, Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 7:30-9:30 P.M.

¨      Profit from consultations with guest authors and critiques from the class

¨      Join our field trips to Selu Conservancy and Carter Fold

¨     Build a portfolio of writing
